*Athlete may not dip or bend under to receive the bar
*Athlete must reach full arm extension at the top
*Athlete must get head through
*Athlete may drop the bar once lift is achieved
*Athlete will submit MAX weight lifted
*When in doubt, film and submit your lift and we will sort it out
