* Athlete must take the bar from the floor
*Athlete may not Squat Clean the weight
* Athlete must come to full hip extension at the top of the Clean
*Athlete must reach full squat depth for the Front Squats
*Athlete must reach full hip extension at the top of the Front Squats
*Athlete may NOT use lifting straps
*Athlete will submit MAX weight lifted
*When in doubt, film and submit your lift and we will sort it out
*Athletes will submit their scores via www.blitzbelts.com
