    MAX Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat



     MAX Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + OHS

    * Athlete must take the bar from the ground
    * Athlete must reach full hip and arm extension at the top of the lift
    * Athlete must break parallel and reach full squat depth
    * Athlete will submit MAX weight lifted.

    * When in doubt, film and submit your lift and we will sort it out!
