MAX Thrusters in 60s

Men - 75lb    Women - 55lb

 

 

* Athlete may take the bar from the rack

* Athlete must break parallel and reach full squat depth

* Athlete must reach full hip and arm extension at the top of the lift

* Athlete will submit MAX reps completed in 60s

* When in doubt, film and submit your lift and we will sort it out!
